Donations to ICARE for expansion of the existing Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital are exempted (100%) under the provisions of 35AC of Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Notification No. F. No. V-27011/487/2010-SO(NAT.COM) dated 24th December, 2010.
