Indian Center for Advancement of Research and Education, Haldia (ICARE) set up in 1995, is a non-profit making voluntary organization.
ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia (IIMSAR & BCRHH) was established with a view to create at Haldia a modern education centre as well as health care facilities of excellence to provide value based educational & health service of International standard with a motto to march ahead to build an ideally developed Haldia. In view of the noble objectives of the Institute, it gets support from the people, local Municipal Authorities, Haldia Development Authority as well as from the industrial and business houses in and around Haldia.
